The pace of life can easily cause us to lose sight of what truly matters. Imagine a spinning top, frantically moving in all directions but never finding a solid point of balance. That’s often what life feels like when we’re not grounded in God’s presence. To renew our faith, we must first find our center, which is rooted in God.

In the busyness of your day, take a moment to stop and just be with God. He is the still point in the center of your life that offers stability. Let go of the noise and distractions, and simply rest in His presence. Allow Him to restore your soul, reset your heart, and reignite your passion for Him. As you make space for Him, your energy and focus will be renewed.
Maria had been overwhelmed with the pressures of balancing her career, family, and personal goals. She noticed she was becoming irritable and disconnected, even though she was checking off her to-do list. One day, during a walk in the park, she felt the gentle whisper of God urging her to pause. She sat on a bench, took a deep breath, and said, “Lord, I need You.” In that moment, she was reminded of the importance of finding rest in God’s presence. Maria made it a priority to set aside time each morning to sit quietly before God, praying and listening for His guidance. That daily moment of connection helped her realign her priorities and find peace amid the chaos. Just like Maria, we need to re-evaluate and realign our life priorities to live the abundant life the Lord has promised us
