We Are Pioneers – A Word from the Red Light

Written on 26 May 2025  at 4:26 PM. Released in obedience after the Lord’s nudge on 20 Dec 2025 at 11:41 AM.

A Devotional Reflection

It was an ordinary school drop-off morning.

The kind where everything looks normal on the outside, but your heart feels heavy on the inside. I was going through the motions, yet carrying questions I didn’t have answers to—burdened by circumstances that felt too rough, too uncertain, too hopeless.

As I drove, I cried out to God in the quiet of my heart:

“Why is this so hard, Lord? Why does everything feel like a dead end?”

Then I reached a red light.

I stopped.

Everything around me paused—but my thoughts raced. And right there, in the middle of the mundane, God whispered something that cut through the fog in my heart:

It’s because you are a pioneer. And so is your daughter.”

Those words settled deeply within me.

You are walking paths no one has walked before.

You are in situations no one else has been placed in.

You don’t have a man to look up to—because I’m calling you to look up to Me.

I will make the path for you.

In that moment, something supernatural happened. Peace wrapped around me. A smile broke through the heaviness. And I whispered out loud

Jesus, You are amazing. Thank You

Since that day, the word pioneer has echoed in my spirit.

The Reminder We All Need

Recently, during a prayer session at my daughter’s school, God brought that word back to me—this time not just for me, but for all of us.

WE ARE PIONEERS

As we lifted our needs, doubts, fears, and uncertainties to heaven, I heard Him again:

You have been given the power to steer things the right way.

It’s a choice—but with the help of the Holy Spirit, it is a choice we can make… and one we must make.

Pioneers don’t follow the crowd—they lead it

Pioneers don’t wait to see what’s been done—they step into what’s never been done before

And while others look around for direction, we look up—because God Himself is leading us.

Pause & Reflect:

Where in your life do you feel like you’re standing at a red light—waiting, wondering, unsure?

What if that pause is actually God preparing you to go first?

A Prophetic Declaration

I prophesy today

• We will not sway from the calling God has placed on our lives.

• We will strengthen our stakes.

• We will stand firm when the impossible hits.

• We will be bold when the world expects us to bow.

• We will walk forward—even when the path doesn’t yet exist—because He is making a way.

I don’t say this from a mountaintop or in a season of ease.

I say this from the middle of my own battles.

And this I know without doubt: God is raising up pioneers.

People like you.

Like me.

Like our children.

So instead of looking elsewhere for answers, let’s look to Him.

He is writing a path no one else can walk but you—because you’ve been chosen to go first.

And in every red-light moment, when life feels paused or impossible, He is still speaking:

You are a Pioneer

Scripture Reflection

“See, I am doing a new thing!

Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?

I am making a way in the wilderness

and streams in the wasteland.”

— Isaiah 43:19 (NIV)

By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going

— Hebrews 11:8 (ESV)

Journal Prompt:

What “new thing” might God be inviting you into—even if you don’t yet see the full path?

The Pioneer’s Prayer

Father God,

Thank You for calling me to walk with You, even when the path is unfamiliar.

Remind me that being a pioneer is not a burden—it is a holy invitation.

When I feel weary, unsure, or alone, help me remember that You go before me.

May I follow Your voice over comfort.

May I trust Your leading over logic.

Holy Spirit, fill me with courage to stand firm when it feels impossible.

Anchor my heart in Your Word.

Guide every step I take so I may blaze trails that bring light, healing,

and glory to Your name.

I declare today:

I will not sway from the calling on my life.

I will strengthen my stakes.

I will pioneer in faith, not fear—because You walk with me.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

A Note for What’s Ahead

This devotional is not the end—it’s the invitation.

As we step into the new year 2026, a new journey will be released—one that has been prayed over, waited for, and prepared in quiet obedience.

The Pioneer Collection is coming.

When it does, you’ll be invited to slow down, open your Bible, and walk alongside the men and women who dared to follow God into the unknown—just as you are doing now.

Here’s what you can expect:

🖊️ Pause & Reflect — moments to sit with Scripture and hear God speak personally

📖 Biblical Trailblazers — daily devotions inspired by those who went first

💭 Guided Journal Prompts — space to process, pray, and write your own faith story

🙏 Bold Prayers — declarations for courage, obedience, and trust in your current season

Until then, let this question stay with you:

Where might God be asking you to pioneer—right where you are?

Stay expectant. Stay obedient. Stay close to Him.

Coming in 2026.

A new journey. A deeper walk.

Watch this space.

Let’s Reflect Together 🤍

If this devotional spoke to you, I’d love to hear from you.

A reflection on Easter

This Easter, as we celebrate the resurrection of our Savior, we are reminded that the hope of Christ is as relevant today as it was over 2,000 years ago. Despite the modernization of society and the logical reasoning of the human mind, we must remember that there is a Creator who designed and holds all things together. In a world that often relies on tangible proof and human intellect, faith in God remains our anchor, reminding us that His love and sovereignty transcend all understanding.

Scripture tells us in Romans 1:20, “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.” In every sunrise, in every intricate detail of nature, and in the very design of our bodies, we see the evidence of a Creator. Even as we progress and innovate, the work of God’s hands remains evident.

From the historical accounts in the Bible to archaeological discoveries, we find undeniable evidence that affirms the truth of Scripture. For example, the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls in the 1940s and 1950s provided ancient manuscripts that confirm the accuracy of biblical texts, giving us confidence that what we read today is consistent with what was written thousands of years ago. Archaeological finds, such as the city of Jericho, the ruins of ancient Jerusalem, and the Pontius Pilate inscription, have only strengthened our understanding of biblical history. These discoveries are not just relics of the past; they are testimonies to the truth and enduring presence of God’s work in human history.

Jesus’ resurrection is the ultimate proof of God’s power over death and His unwavering love for us. As the apostle Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 15:17-20, “And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied. But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.”

This Easter, let us be filled with gratitude, knowing that the Creator who spoke the universe into existence has also given us the gift of eternal life through His Son, Jesus Christ. In an age where so much is questioned and doubted, let us hold fast to the evidence of God’s presence in our lives and in the world around us. His resurrection proves that there is more to this life than what meets the eye—it is a life filled with purpose, hope, and the promise of eternal joy with Him.

No matter your circumstance, no matter the trial, come as you are to the Lord; His grace is for all. In our weakness, He calls us, no fakes at all—just hearts open, ready to stand tall.

Happy Easter! May you experience the depth of God’s love and the joy of His resurrection, now and forevermore.

In Christ

In His Hands: Finding Peace in God’s Goodness

Today, I am reminded of God’s goodness and faithfulness and that He can give us more than we can ask or imagine.

Every time I watch that video, God reminds me of the lyrics my daughter sang: “He’s got the whole world in His hands.” Last week, whenever my mind started to wander or anxiety crept in, those words brought life to my heart, mind, and soul.

In those moments of doubt and fear, I was reminded of God’s unfailing goodness. He cares for each of us intimately, holding our worries as gently as a parent cradles a child. His love is constant and unchanging, providing a refuge in times of trouble.

Whatever you’re facing today, I want to encourage you: “He’s got the whole world in His hands” (Isaiah 41:10). If the whole world is in His hands, that means so are you—along with all your worries, anxieties, and fears. Trust Him to handle everything; He’s got this, and He’ll take care of your concerns too!

Remember, His goodness surrounds us, and His care is a reminder that we are never alone in our struggles. Let His peace wash over you today.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for reminding us that we are safe in Your hands. Help us to trust in Your goodness and to lean on You in our times of anxiety and fear. May we feel Your love enveloping us, bringing peace to our hearts and minds. Guide us as we navigate our challenges, and let us always remember that we are never alone. Fill us with Your strength and comfort today. In Jesus’ name, we pray,

Amen

Journey

“Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take.” – Proverbs 3:6 (NLT)

Each of us is walking our own unique journey, moving through different seasons in life. Though our paths may differ, the essence of the journey remains the same—a journey rooted in truth, life, and the construction of faith, love, and grace.

During these journeys, people change, circumstances change, and seasons change, but the calling remains constant.

Wisdom is recognizing when our journey shifts, allowing us to embrace growth rather than resist change. When seasons change, it’s essential to let God into it and not strive with Him to alter it. The stretch that comes with God is definitely uncomfortable, but the ultimate goal is to grow you, prune you, and refine you for His purpose.

Confusion, uncertainty, fear, and doubt steal away the very good that God desires to sow into your life.

Isaiah 58:11
The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.

Prayer

Heavenly Father,

As we walk through the various seasons of our lives, help us to embrace each one with faith and trust in Your guidance. When our paths shift and change, we invite You into every moment, allowing Your wisdom to lead us, rather than striving against Your will. Strengthen us during times of discomfort and stretching, knowing that Your ultimate purpose is to grow, prune, and refine us for Your glory. May we be like a well-watered garden, thriving in Your love and grace, always refreshed by Your presence.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen

Thank You 2023

In the face of challenges, 2023 proved to be an incredible year. I made my debut on a NYC Billboard for a charitable cause, published my very first book, collaborated with major brands on ads, clinched the state championship in Karate as a yellow belt 7th Kyu, set a Guinness world record at 19020 feet on the Ladakh Fashion Runway in India, celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday and a decade of motherhood, moved into our newly built home, and created cherished holiday memories with my family. Grateful for these highlights and good health.

Thankful to the Lord for guiding me through tough times, I step into 2024 with greater expectations, trusting that the journey ahead will surpass my wildest dreams for myself and my family.

Wishing joy, health, and peace to your homes this year. Appreciate the support and love throughout 2023.

Happy New Year 2024! ✌️ 🕊️❤️🎉🎊🥳🎆

Let’s talk Halloween

Can a Christian celebrate Halloween in good conscience?

I note this a controversial topic in Christian communities .

As a parent to a young child, I have to admit I did dress my daughter up in fairy clothes and princess costumes during her daycare days just so she is not isolated as one of the odds. But now she is a pre teen, she has a voice, she knows the Lord and can speak for herself, take a stand on why she chooses not to celebrate Halloween.

How do you handle Halloween with young and not so young minds ? The below verse was my foundation from the Word that I shared with my daughter on why as a Christian we choose not to follow or celebrate or part take in anything Halloween.

Would love to know what scriptures do you use to backup for yourself or explain to your kids ?

STRENGTH FROM ABOVE

Happy 8th Anniversary #FromHisHeartToYours🥳

Today marks exactly 8 years since I started blogging and the Lord nudged me to reshare my first written post on this blog

I pray that as you read the below first blog written on 20th Oct 2015, your heart will be reminded of the hope that is forever in Jesus and that you will find your strength from above, the author and perfecter of your faith, the One who knows it all . His timing is perfect and He never leaves you alone

Strength From Above

The Lord put this in my heart this morning !! As I was just sitting with my morning coffee, and trying hard to battle my thoughts and the overwhelming situations currently in my life. The Lord reminded me that the battle is His and all I need to do is fix my eyes on Him for strength !! He has got it ALL !! Hallelujah !! Love you Jesus 🙂

Heb 12:2 Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith

Terrors of giants surrounded me
Too big for me to handle
Too powerful for me to tackle
I looked to You for help
Refusing to give up on the battle
And the precious life you gifted me

You gave me a sling
A sling of powerful prayer
And a stone to go along with it
A stone of mountain moving faith
You shielded me with Armour
An Armour of courage and Strength
Covered me with undeserving Grace
and topped it up with unconditional Love

Now I will march forth and along
In the army of the Lord
The battle is the Lord’s
He promised to be there , always
I have to just hold His hand
In my dance with Him
And let Him lead me

My God is all able
My God is all powerful
My God has conquered it ALL
Just for you and me
We are more than conquerors
Through Him and His strength
Fix your eyes on Jesus
That’s how the battle is won

Stay Blessed In Him 💖

1st Full 🌈

I spotted a full rainbow 🌈 this evening as I was driving for a grocery run ! My heart suddenly leapt for joy as I knew God was trying to get my attention through this rainbow. I had asked Him something this morning and this was my answer.

STILL my human heart I asked for the rainbow to re-appear just like Gideon tested the Lord with fleece. I parked my car, went into a store and when I came back after a short while, the 2nd rainbow 🌈 appeared , this time stayed only until the time I took this pic.

2nd Full 🌈

I wanted to inscribe this on my heart tonight and encourage you with this

Numbers 23: 19 God is not human, that He should lie, not a human being, that he should change His mind. Does He speak and then not act? Does He promise and not fulfill?

God is a good good a Father who does not withhold good gifts from His children

Today let His love overcome all your fears. He is a good good Heavenly Father who deeply cares for you

Stay Blessed In Him

LET’S TALK – A Series to help dismantle the lies that your mind has been telling you and equip you with the truth of God’s Word on life’s real situations

This morning I have been reading Psalm 119 . As I progress through it brought me alive. The Psalmist talks about a life revived by God, he expresses his appreciation on the very character of God and His faithfulness to us mankind. I stand in awe of His unconditional love for us everyday. And through all that awe and wonder of His great love, birthed this series ‘ Let’s Talk ‘

I wanted to help you break the lies in your mental mind that’s been tormenting you for long enough. Those thoughts that tell you are not good enough, smart enough . They need to go as they are tearing you down. Just because they are loud and strong in your mind does not mean they are true and beneficial for you

God’s Word is the truth which we build our life upon. His Word is our guiding lamp through the darkest pathways of this worldly life. His Word is the living waters that will nourish our soul and enriching our lives. So what are we waiting for ? Let’s dig in and discern the powerful truth from His Word. It’s time to dismantle the lies that have been eating the joy and peace off your life so far. Ready to be armed for the battle ? Let’s go

So often many of us struggle or encounter these thoughts in our head. Often we judge ourselves based on circumstances or situations that come by our life or we might be in.

“ I am not enough “.. “I am such a failure “ .. “ There is no way this mess can be cleared off my life “… “ I messed up big time they there is no way out “.. “ I am stuck there is absolutely no way I am recovering from this “…. These statements sound familiar to you ?

See these are the reactions to our life situations without any second thoughts when we let the devil have his way. The devil loves his job of stealing, lying and tearing down one’s life. He succeeds when he has easy access to our minds. Imagine a house without a lock or an unlocked car.. would you ever do that ? How much more precious is your mind and soul that you need to protect it from unwanted filth and dust that could potentially harm your very life ?

When in doubt, uncertainty make it a habit to turn to the Bible . When life’s failures or disappointment thoughts hit you, try to turn around even though it may be hard at that very time… and make an effort to know the truth. God’s Word and actions never harm you or propose anything other than love and forgiveness. He is a God of second chance

Today He wants to deal with your thoughts of life failures. Those thoughts that you are beating yourself up with, thinking all is over . He wants to tell you it’s ok. He has got this and He will restore your life . But He needs your permission and partnership to work on that together . When you do so He has promised you from Psalm 103:1-5 that He will forgive your sin, He will heal your disease, He will save your life from hell and it just that He will also crown you with His love and mercy

Psalm 103:1-5

He forgives your sins—Every One

He heals your diseases—Every One

He redeems you from hell—Saves Your Life!

He crowns you with love and mercy— A Paradise Crown !

He wraps you in goodness— Beauty Eternal !

This is today’s declaration. A step of faith and boldness to walk in truth and a strategy to dismantle the lies that has been holding you for long enough.. Declare this and say it out loud …

“ God’s love for me is far greater and deeper than the worst mess that I have made in my life. I break the lie that I am a failure and declare that I am more than a conqueror in Jesus who gives me strength” In Jesus Name Amen

God Bless You as you embark on this journey with me. May He arm you with the shield of faith and enable you to see the truth that sets you free from the bondages of lies. Time to take hold of what belongs to you rightfully my friend. Stay Blessed !

Christmas Eve Reflection

Jesus – The Reason For The Season

The Redemption Plan – The birth of Jesus was God’s idea to pull mankind away from the clutches of sin towards eternal life . His redemptive tool was not force, was not harmful weapon but peaceful love given freely to everyone, especially those that feel undeserved and unloved

This year our Christmas tree is still incomplete. Don’t believe me , here is a picture of the half decorated Christmas tree at our home 🙂

Undecorated Christmas Tree and No gifts under it is not the end of the world – There is more to Christmas

The Christmas gifts are still not wrapped under the tree. As a single parent, we share my daughter for Christmas which means she comes to me only on Christmas Day afternoon. Christmas might look different for many people circumstantial wise just like mine , often the busyness blows us away and we burn ourselves out. It is easy to get distracted with our guest list, family gatherings , food preparations, gift wrappings and celebrations.

This Christmas Eve, I want you to take a deep breath and tell yourself ‘ Christmas is not about me. It is about Jesus. He is the reason for the Season ‘. Shift your focus to Him and to how He would have responded to the situations you are in right now.

http://www.discoverhope.online

While being the busy ‘Martha’s this Christmas season let’s not forget to be ‘ Mary’s ‘ who take time to sit at the feet of Jesus and ask Him ‘Jesus, what gift would you like from me ?’ , after all its His birthday tomorrow !

#hopeglobalmovement

A child has been born for us

A son has been given to us

The responsibility of complete r rest on His shoulders,

And His name will be:

The Wonderful One!

The Extraordinary Strategist!

The Mighty God!

The Father of Eternity!

The Prince of Peace!

7 Great and vast is his dominion.

He will bring immeasurable peace and prosperity

He will rule on David’s throne and over

David’s kingdom to establish and uphold it by promoting justice and righteousness from this time forward and forevermore.

The marvelous passion that the Lord Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies, has for His people will ensure that it is finished!

Strength When Broken

WHEN LIFE SEEMS STILL

Strength when Broken. Psalm 34:18-20

He knows everything. Today is an invitation for you to Know your Fathers Heart

18 The Lord is close to all whose hearts are crushed by pain,
and He is always ready to restore the repentant one.

19 Even when bad things happen to the good and godly ones,
the Lord will save them and not let them be defeated by what they face.

20 God will be your bodyguard to protect you ,when trouble is near.
Not one bone will be broken.

In moments of deep pain, @bdwmusic “I Know “ speaks to my broken heart . Pondering on His goodness and taking time to know His heart, gives the reassurance that I don’t have to do it alone

May He minister to your heart today as you lean into Him with all your pain and troubled heart. He knows. It’s time for you to Know He cares for you deeply

Lyrics for the song below 👇

You don’t answer all my questions
But You hear me when I speak
You don’t keep my heart from breakin’
But when it does, You weep with me
You’re so close that I can feel You
When I’ve lost the words to pray
And though my eyes have never seen You

I’ve seen enough to say
I know that You are good
I know that You are kind
I know that You are so much more
Than what I leave behind
I know that I am loved
I know that I am safe
‘Cause even in the fire to live is Christ, to die is gain
I know that You are good

I don’t understand the sorrow
But You’re calm within the storm
Sometime this weight is overwhelming
But I don’t carry it alone
You’re still close when I can’t feel You
I don’t have to be afraid
And though my eyes have never seen You

On my darkest day
From my deepest pain
Through it all, my heart, will choose to sing Your praise
On my darkest day
From my deepest pain
Through it all, my heart, will choose to sing Your praise

Faith Over Fear

My prayer for you today is Ephesians 3:14-21

14 So I kneel humbly in awe before the Father of our Lord Jesus, the Messiah

15 The perfect Father of every father and child in heaven and on the earth.

16 And I pray that He would unveil within you the unlimited riches of his glory and favor until supernatural strength floods your innermost being with his divine might and explosive power.

17 Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside you, and the resting place of his love will become the very source and root of your life.

18–19 Then you will be empowered to discover what every holy one experiences—the great magnitude of the astonishing love of Christ in all its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is his love! How enduring and inclusive it is! Endless love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding—this extravagant love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God!

20 Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for His miraculous power constantly energizes you.

21 Now we offer up to God all the glorious praise that rises from every church in every generation through Jesus Christ—and all that will yet be manifest through time and eternity. Amen!

Choose to overcome the fear that is terrorising you with His faith that empowers you. God is reminding you today that He is for you, He is with you and He is fighting the battle for you. Exchange your worries for His peace. Fear is a lie. Faith is the truth that exposes the lie. Trust Him enough to take care of your life. He is waiting for you. Say YES to Jesus today and unfold the abundant life He has for you
