I have journeyed with the Lord for the past 18 years and this is my 18th year celebrating Easter. But every time Easter gets me overwhelmed with the thought on how can someone love someone so much that they would choose to die such a horrible terrible brutal death even though they did not deserve it. It is probably something that is beyond my thinking or reasoning capability.
For myself Easter is all about unconditional love. For my 8 year old daughter Easter is all about Hope. Because Jesus chose to die for our sins, sin has no grip on us. We are free as Jesus chose to pay the price for us , by giving His life as a ransom for all.
Celebrate with praises the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has shown us his extravagant mercy. For his fountain of mercy has given us a new life—we are reborn to experience a living, energetic hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead – 1 Peter 1:3 TPT
The message that the Lord laid on my heart to share with you all today is to grab hold of the Hope He has left in the world for us
I have had my fair share of relapses in my life. Times when I had thought I had it all under control, I have relapsed due to my over confidence. Been in abusive relationships and have experienced relapses due to my lack of healthy boundaries. Just when I thought my life was getting better, I had relapsed as my sole wisdom was just not enough to tackle big giants out in the world. Times when I had a million to do lists and ticking them off like crazy, I had relapsed for foolishly trusting my strength was enough to accomplish things in life. The point is I told myself I am just a human being and there is only so much I can do. But I was wrong. The Lord taught me something I want to share with you which will help you live the happy abundant peaceful life He wants you to have
I learnt to bring all my relapses ( whenever they happen or happened ) to Jesus and then rebound with Him. Imagine Jesus on the springboard. When we bring our whole self to Him on that springboard, He helps us take off and not just that, He takes off with you. So you cruise through in His strength and at every fall He is right there to catch. See, that way you are and never have been alone in this journey of life. His Word stands true to His promises that He is with you till the very end of age
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” – Matthew 28:18-20
Jesus has already paid the price for our sins. We have victory as Jesus is Risen
Yet He was the one who carried our sicknesses and endured the torment of our sufferings. We viewed him as one who was being punished for something He himself had done, as one who was struck down by God and brought low. But it was because of our rebellious deeds that He was pierced and because of our sins that He was crushed. He endured the punishment that made us completely whole, and in His wounding we found our healing – Isaiah 53:5
Today, this Easter is an invitation for you from the Lord to bring all your relapses to Him. He does not care how worse they are, how bad they are or how impossible they look to you. The first step is to bring it to Him.

Jesus wants to do the rebound fun with you. Easter is all about celebrating the resurrection power of Jesus, who rose alive after 3 days of being dead. He is the God of the impossible. He defeated death and crucified sin on the cross, just for you.

This Easter God wants to redeem your life, from the darkest deepest pits of death to the abundant life filled with peace and freedom. All that you need to do is to accept the gift of salvation that He is offering you.

Dear Lord Jesus, I come to you as I am. I am a sinner. Please forgive me. Thank you for dying on the cross for me. I invite you to be the Lord and Saviour of my life. I surrender every part of my life to you. Help me with my weaknesses. I choose to honor you with all decisions of my life. Thank you for accepting me just as I am. I love you Jesus In Jesus Name Amen
Blessed Easter Everyone !! I hope and pray that this just the beginning of an amazing new life with the Lord. It does not matter where you are, how far you are or at what stage you are from, all that matters is you have chosen to start the journey NOW and that’s all matters to Him
