I stand here with compassion
I stand here helpless watching our Nation burn into ashes
My heart aches seeing pictures of burnt animals
My heart breaks when I see families lose their loved ones
I asked the Lord’ WHAT CAN I DO ?’
He said “PRAY
I have given you the greatest tool of all times
Faith
I have given everyone a measure of their faith
Use it for good”
He continued “AND NOW IS THE TIME “
I am not here to pass judgement
I am not here to question the happenings
I am not here to entertain critics
I am not here to make a show
I am not here to make money
I stand here to use what He has put it my heart for us
I stand here with audacious faith
I stand here with unwavering belief that my God is a God of miracles
I stand here humble before God, with a childlike faith asking for rain
I stand here trusting my God has all the answers
I stand here before the One, hands up to heaven for an outpour of rain for this nation
I believe for a supernatural outpouring of rain
To extinguish the raging, uncontrollable flames
For He Says
“But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed ” James 1:6
If that has been your heart’s cry as well, will you join hands with me ?
For He says
“For wherever two or three come together in Honor of My name, I am right there with them” Matthew 18:20
Holy Spirit is our friend. He reminds us that
God is not our servant that we command Him
God is not interested in our begging or pleading
God is our friend yet Sovereign
Present your requests to Him humbly
He knows the seasons and the reasons behind them
As we step into 2020, let’s not leave behind those that need our help. Unity of praying brothers and sisters is a sweet aroma to the Trinity. Our God is a God of compassion and as His followers we walk in His footsteps.
Will you join me in this ’RushingRain’ moment ?
I believe the sound of the rushing rain is just a prayer away
He says
“Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you” I Corinthians 15:58
Let’s join hands and do this together.
